Chantal films a mirror selfie in a red and black gym
Chantal stands before a large mirror in a spacious gym, phone raised to capture a vertical selfie. She wears a light blue sports top and matching shorts, layered with a black waistband, plus white trainers and dark fingerless gloves. Her hair is tied up, and she holds a relaxed, upright stance on the dark rubber floor. Behind her, weight plates, racks and benches fill the room, while red flooring and red ceiling panels add strong colour contrast. Overhead strip lights and daylight from the windows keep the scene bright and evenly lit.
