DMCA policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
CrushFan respects copyright and the privacy of the people shown in content. This page explains how to ask us to remove material under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and how we handle those requests.
How to send a notice
Email your notice to [email protected], with the exact link to each page on crushfan.com that you want removed. A notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact link to each page on crushfan.com that you want removed.
- Information we can use to contact you, such as your email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
What happens next
We review every notice within 48 hours and reply from [email protected]. When a notice is valid we remove the material, the old links return "410 Gone", and the same files are blocked from being published again.
Urgent requests
If content shows you and was shared without your consent, or may show a person under 18, start the subject line with URGENT and include the links. We take the reported content offline within 24 hours while we review it. You do not need to own the copyright. Content that may show a minor is reported to the authorities where the law requires; you can also report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline: https://report.cybertip.org.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to [email protected]. It must include your signature; the removed material and the link where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which CrushFan may be found.
If you are the creator
If you own the official OnlyFans or Fansly account of a creator who has a page on crushfan.com, you can also claim the page from For creators and choose yourself what stays and what is removed. Claiming is optional. You never need to claim a page to have content removed, and a notice sent to [email protected] is handled the same way whether or not you claim the page. Content you remove from a claimed page is removed for good, like content removed after a valid notice: the old links return "410 Gone" and the same files are blocked from being published again.
Repeat infringers
We stop publishing material from sources that are repeatedly the subject of valid notices.
