Terms of service

Acceptance
By using crushfan.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Adults only
This website contains sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher, to use it. Do not use it where viewing such material is illegal. Where the law requires it, we may restrict access to the website.
Content
The content on crushfan.com comes from third-party sources. CrushFan does not claim to own it. If you believe content infringes your rights or shows you without your consent, email [email protected] and read our DMCA policy. A page marked "Verified" is managed by the owner of the creator's official account, who chooses what stays on it.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy or scrape the website in bulk;
- try to get around access restrictions or security checks;
- use the website to harass, threaten or identify any person shown;
- upload, request or share material that shows a person under 18.
Accounts and paid features
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
Premium is sold for 1, 3 or 12 months at the prices shown before you buy. You pay once in cryptocurrency through our payment processor; nothing renews automatically. Premium starts when the payment is confirmed and ends on the date shown in your account; buying again adds time after that date.
Crypto payments cannot be reversed, so payments are final and are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. If you paid and Premium did not start, or you paid less or more than the price, write to [email protected] with your payment code and we will sort it out. Premium benefits may change; the benefits you paid for stay until your Premium ends. If we close your account for breaking these terms, unused Premium time is not refunded. Deleting your account ends any remaining Premium time immediately, and that time is not refunded.
Links to other sites
Some buttons lead to a creator's own OnlyFans or Fansly page, or to a promo link that the verified creator chose. The buttons on For creators that invite you to start a page on OnlyFans or Fansly use our referral link, and CrushFan may earn a commission from that platform if you sign up. These sites are run by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies; CrushFan is not responsible for them.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, CrushFan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the website.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
