Nitroxnova stretches on a mat beneath an ocean backdrop
Nitroxnova lies on a dark exercise mat in a bright room, framed by a large printed backdrop of a turquoise sea, a palm tree and a floating turtle. She wears a deep burgundy robe that falls open as she moves through a series of relaxed floor stretches. The camera stays low and steady, keeping the colourful wall scene and the pale room around it in view. Soft indoor lighting lifts the blues and greens of the backdrop against the plum tones of her robe. Later frames show her knees drawn up and her arms resting loosely, giving the clip a calm, unhurried mood. The wide framing keeps the setting and her movements clearly visible throughout.
