Flowina Paradise stretches outdoors on a grey mat
Flowina Paradise appears in a calm outdoor clip, moving through a series of stretching poses on a grey mat laid over green grass. She wears a black top and grey bottoms while long wavy hair falls across her back. In one frame she lifts a leg high behind her, holding a steady balance. Later she sits with legs spread wide, then lies back to draw a knee toward her chest. The setting is quiet and natural, with tall reeds and dark water behind her. The camera stays at a low, even angle, keeping the mood relaxed and unhurried.
