Aldi Bernardo prepares a yoghurt snack in the kitchen
Aldi Bernardo stands in a bright kitchen with a granite counter and white appliances. She wears a loose maroon t-shirt with a small white chest logo and long dark hair tied back. In the opening frames she holds a clear cup of yoghurt and speaks to the camera with a calm expression. She then lifts a peeled banana and gestures while talking, before stirring the contents of a cream-coloured bowl with a black spoon. The handheld footage stays close on her upper body, with soft daylight and neutral beige walls behind her. The mood is casual and everyday.
